You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. If Lift & Hold isn't working for you, contact us at [ ] with your order number and we'll take care of it.
How It Works

- We'll confirm the refund and process it back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Condition of Returns
We don't require the product to be unused or in original packaging to issue a refund. This is a genuine guarantee, not a loophole.
What's Covered
- Single units and Duo (One For You, One For Another) bundles are both covered under the same 30-day guarantee.
- Refunds are issued per unit if only one item from a bundle needs to be returned.
Shipping
Free shipping on every order, always. If a refund is approved, you are not required to ship anything back to us — we'll issue the refund directly.
